EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY
For available goods:
- Received goods cannot be exchanged/returned for any reason (except for reasons that the goods are defective/damaged from the seller. Customers need to provide video evidence when opening the goods);
- Undelivered goods can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.
For order goods
- Customers need to deposit 40-50% of order value;
- Customers who cancel their booking will lose their deposit;
- When goods arrive, customers need to transfer all remaining money before delivery;
- Ordered goods cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason (except for reasons that the goods are defective/damaged from the seller. Customers need to provide video evidence when opening the goods).
