EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

For available goods:

  • Received goods cannot be exchanged/returned for any reason (except for reasons that the goods are defective/damaged from the seller. Customers need to provide video evidence when opening the goods);
  • Undelivered goods can be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value.

For order goods

  • Customers need to deposit 40-50% of order value;
  • Customers who cancel their booking will lose their deposit;
  • When goods arrive, customers need to transfer all remaining money before delivery;
  • Ordered goods cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason (except for reasons that the goods are defective/damaged from the seller. Customers need to provide video evidence when opening the goods).
