Biotrade Acnaut Active Cream is a cream acne spot and can only be used to apply to acne spots. The cream texture has larger molecules so it will absorb longer than lotion. On the other hand, Active Cream adds the ingredient Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A) to shed the stratum corneum faster, increasing the speed of skin cell turnover.
